The Department of Justice
The Department of Justice has one Minister and encompasses three portfolios:
- Minister for Justice and Attorney-General
- Minister for Racing, Gaming and Licensing
- Minister for Alcohol Policy
It incorporates all elements of the public justice system with the exception of policing and also has a strong regulatory role.
The Department delivers a range of services to build a safe, fair and just Territory.
